No. Piyom Capital is a strictly private entity. We are not listed on any stock exchange, do not offer shares or units to the general public, and do not operate as a regulated public fund. All investment activities occur within private, qualified relationships governed by individual agreements.

This is a firm, unconditional position of our investment policy. We focus exclusively on tangible technology, intellectual property, industry, and infrastructure.

Piyom Capital operates internationally, with no fixed geographic restriction. We evaluate projects and accept investors from all regions of the world. Our multilingual platform — available in 11 languages — reflects this global commitment. Projects from any country may be submitted for consideration.

Piyom Capital considers projects across various development stages — from advanced-concept and seed-stage ventures with breakthrough potential, to growth-stage companies seeking strategic capital and networks. The determining factor is not the stage per se, but the quality of the idea, the strength of the founding team, and the transformative impact of the project.

You may submit your project using the Submit Your Project form available on our main page. We ask for basic information: your name, email, project or company name, sector, and a brief description. All submissions are treated with absolute confidentiality. Our team reviews each application and contacts selected founders within 48 business hours.

After submission, our team performs an initial assessment of your project against our investment criteria. If your project aligns with our current focus, one of our team members will contact you directly to arrange a first conversation. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide feedback on submissions that do not advance to the next stage. We respect your time and maintain full confidentiality throughout the process.

We do not publish a fixed minimum investment threshold, as deal structures are assessed individually. However, as a boutique group focused on high-impact projects, we typically engage with ventures that have a meaningful capital requirement aligned with their scale of ambition. Exact parameters are discussed privately with qualified founders following initial screening.

Interested investors may apply through the Become a Piyom Investor form on our main page. We curate investor groups based on individual investment interests, expertise, and alignment with our project portfolio. All applications are reviewed by our team, and qualified investors are invited for a private conversation. We do not accept unsolicited capital without prior qualification.

Our active investment portfolio is available exclusively to verified partners and qualified investors. You may request access through the Ongoing Projects section on our main page by providing your name, email, organisation, and — if provided — your access key. Our team reviews all requests and responds within 48 business hours.

Piyom Capital works with sophisticated individual investors (HNWIs and UHNWIs), family offices, institutional entities, and qualified investment funds. We do not accept retail investor participation. Investors are expected to have prior experience in private markets and the financial literacy to evaluate complex, illiquid investment opportunities.

All information you share — your identity, the nature of your project or inquiry, and any documents submitted — is treated with the strictest discretion. Piyom Capital treats all submissions as confidential by default under our Confidentiality Policy. For projects advancing to detailed discussion, we are open to executing a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the due diligence process. The terms and timing of any NDA are agreed upon individually with each founder or counterparty.
